My name is Paul Catlin and I am a Sr. Mortgage Consultant with Equitable Mortgage. I have over 35 years in the mortgage industry helping thousands of families with their mortgage needs. I am currently licensed in OH, MI, FL, GA, NC and will be adding SC in 2025.
I offer Conventional, Jumbo, Doctor/Professional Licensing Mortgage Programs, FHA, VA, USDA, 1st Time Homebuyer Programs, New Construction, Lot Loans and Bridge Loans. I attended Kent State University and Massillon Washington High School, actively served in the USMC as a payroll specialist and was a member of the OHARNG as an office clerk. I am married (37 years), one child and 3 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and like to golf.
